MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court (SC) on Friday issued a writ of kalikasan to protect, preserve, rehabilitate and restore the marine environment in the Scarborough Shoal (Panatag Shoal), Ayungin Shoal and Panganiban Reef (Mischief Reef) in the West Philippine Sea (WPS).
