LEGAZPI CITY – Police and military operatives recovered Sunday morning a cache of  high powered firearms, ammunition and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) following an encounter with suspected New Peoples Army (NPA) rebels in in a remote village in Tinambac, Camarines Sur.
