A comparison between the Tesla Model S, Tesla Cybertruck, and Porsche Taycan was created in an infographic shared by Twitter user Serious Callers Only. The comparison shows the difference not just in price range for these three electric vehicles, but also range and acceleration. It shows that the Cybertruck is the lowest priced of the three. That is despite its enormous size and range

When I saw Sunny Madra’s tweet challenging Elon Musk to an “apples to apples” comparison of Cybertruck vs Ford, I was excited. Elon Musk accepted the challenge, but Ford’s media department indicated to several outlets that the challenge wasn’t really going to happen. That’s a mistake

In two Instagram posts this week, Rezvani Motors declared its desire to shoot up a Tesla Cybertruck with an AK (I presume 47). To be honest, seeing Elon and Franz beat up the Cybertruck brings out that inner devil child who wants to wreak havoc. The Cybertruck is tough enough to handle it, for sure

It’s funny, just when you think Tesla’s got the most gangbusters, insane, record-breaking vehicle on the roads, it unveils another one that one-ups its predecessor. The Tesla Model 3 shattered record after record, and then Tesla unveiled the Model Y, a crossover or SUV version of the 3 that is basically guaranteed to outsell the Model 3. Just as Model Y test vehicles are being spotted left and right and there are rumors about production starting soon, Tesla says, “hold my beer, bruh,” and unveils the Cybertruck (aka Cybertrukk, aka I’m-gonna-blow-your-freakin’-mind-and-then-put-it-back-together truck)

I had this article in drafts before Frugal Moogal wrote a piece similarly trying to address “controversy” around the $100 refundable preorder cost for a Tesla Cybertruck and the news of 200,000 preorders. However, I have slightly different framing — despite seemingly agreeing on the same two core points — so I feel compelled to still put this piece out there

A recent article on CleanTechnica, “BBC Click: Are Electric Vehicles ‘The Future Of Road Vehicles?’ EV Owners: ‘Duh.'” basically covered what CleanTechnica and other green energy websites have been saying for years, that EVs are superior to internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles in more ways than one. This is not news to informed progressives, but it is very much news to the general public
