Coral poaching by Chinese ships is feared to be resuming again in Japan’s exclusive economic zone near the Ogasawara Islands in Tokyo, following the arrest of the captain of a Chinese fishing boat by the Japan Coast Guard for refusing a halt order in waters near the islets.
