CITY OF CALAPAN – A student was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation here Sunday night. Lt. Col. Socrates Faltado, Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan (Mimaropa) police information officer, said the 17-year-old student, a newly identified drug suspect, was arrested by police and anti-drug agents in a buy-bust operation at about 8:45 p.m. in Barangay San Vicente East.
