On June 12, 2020, thousands of climate activists will gather in Berlin’s Olympic Stadium to simultaneously submit a series of petitions to the Bundestag. If any gather more than 50,000 signatures, the legislature is obligated to consider it and vote on it. Representative democracy in action.
