Senator Grace Poe criticized on Thursday the sluggish distribution of the “Pantawid Pasada” fuel cards to jeepney franchise holders, which is meant to cushion the effects of the increase in fuel prices due to the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law.
