MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4.2 quake struck Antique on Tuesday night, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported. Phivolcs said the quake was reported at 7:18 p.m. with its epicenter located 34 kilometers northwest of Patnongon town in Antique.
