A man suspected to be a “major supplier” of shabu (crystal meth) in Pampanga and Tarlac provinces has been arrested with P340,000 worth of the illegal drugs in Mabalacat City on Monday, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said on Tuesday.
