The Court of Appeals has stopped the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) from declaring illegal the “peryahan ng bayan” operations of Globaltech Mobile Online Corp. for allegedly serving as fronts for the illegal numbers game “jueteng.”
