A group representing the deaf communities in the country on Thursday rejected the apology of Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson over a video she took, showing a blogger making fun of the sign language.

The Philippine Federation of the Deaf on Thursday filed a complaint against Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson before the Ombudsman, in response to her and a blogger’s alleged improper use of the sign language.
