CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, Bulacan, Philippines — Local officials have started diverting garbage to sanitary landfills in Pampanga, Rizal and Tarlac provinces to avert a looming garbage crisis after a landslide prevented the collection of trash from several Bulacan towns.
