Heavy rains flood Dinalupihan and Hermosa towns in Bataan
Parts of the towns of Dinalupihan and Hermosa in Bataan province have been submerged in flood due to continuous rain, Weng Soriano, chief of the Bataan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO), said on Saturday.
