  MANILA, Philippines — Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami) has maintained its strength over the coastal waters of Bolinao, Pangasinan, state meteorologists said on Thursday night. Over 7,600 passengers stranded in ports due to Storm Kristine
