Net FDI inflows drop to 15-month low in Oct

NET foreign direct investments (FDI) dropped to their lowest level in 15 months in October last year, data from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) showed.
At $491 million, the net inflow was 74.2 percent lower compared to a year earlier and was also the smallest since the P344 million posted in July 2017.
It brought the year-to-date tally to $8.530 billion, 1.8 percent higher compared to the same period last year. MAYVELIN U. CARABALLO
