Sison on having colon cancer: ‘Duterte worse than quack doctor’
EXILED Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) founder Jose Maria “Joma” Sison slammed President Rodrigo Duterte for claiming he is sick, making him “worse” than a “quack doctor.”
“With regard to my health condition, Duterte is categorically far worse than a quack doctor,” the communist leader told reporters online after Duterte alleged that he has colon cancer.
“With his sick mind, he [Duterte] has obviously invented the colon cancer that he ascribes me and makes it worse every day,” Sison said.
Duterte and Sison have been exchanging tirades after the communist leader posted on his social media account that the Chief Executive had fallen into a coma.
Sison, who is on self-exile in Utrecht, The Netherlands, said that he had never claimed that Duterte was in a coma, arguing that his post was subject to verification or negation. DEMPSEY REYES
