“Karding” is estimated at 665 kilometers north-northeast of extreme Northern Luzon, with maximum sustained winds of 75 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is moving northwest at 20 kph. “Leepi” is at 2065 km east of extreme Northern Luzon, with maximum sustained winds of 80 kph and gustiness of up to 95 kph. It is moving northwest at 20 kph.
The rest of Luzon will have occasional rains caused by the southwest monsoon.
