Pasig cops nab drug pusher in buy-bust ops
A suspected drug pusher was arrested in an operation by the Pasig City Police Station’s Drug Enforcement Unit in Barangay San Miguel, Pasig City on Wednesday.
The suspect, identified as Adrian Flores, 27, and a resident of Mulawin Street, Barangay Pinagbuhatan in Pasig, was caught along M. Suarez Street.
Pasig police seized six sachets of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) and the marked money of P200 from the suspect, who was brought to the City Police Station for documentation.
On the other hand, the substances were brought to the Eastern Police District’s Crime Laboratory for examination.
Charges will be filed against Flores for violation of Article II, Sections 5 and 11 of R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 before the Pasig City Prosecutor’s Office. /ee
