– Chelsea will hold new talks over Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho, reports the Daily Telegraph. The paper adds that his agents were at Stamford Bridge for the Blues’ win over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday. Elsewhere, Calciomercato says that Napoli are increasingly confident that they can complete a deal for the 20-year-old, as the Red Devils could be willing to accept €60 million for him.
– Nottingham Forest have made Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Matheus Cunha their priority for the January transfer window, reports the Daily Mail. They will face plenty of competition for the 25-year-old, who has also been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, while the Brazilian has also held talks about a contract renewal at Molineux.
– Bayern Munich manager Vincent Kompany has already approved a potential summer move for Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Gittens, as reported by Florian Plettenberg. Director of sport Max Eberl and sporting director Christoph Freund are actively working on the matter. Initial talks with the 20-year-old’s management have already taken place and he is among Bayern’s favoured options for the wing if a transfer is feasible.
– Barcelona is Marcus Rashford‘s favoured option for a January move, reports Relevo. The Blaugrana are one of the few clubs who could satisfy both Manchester United and the forward to get a deal done. Even so, they would need to offload two players due to a salary cap issue, with Eric García and Ansu Fati being possible candidates for a departure. The most likely alternative to joining Barcelona is that the 27-year-old stays at Old Trafford.
– Arsenal are closely monitoring the situation of Brentford forward Yoane Wissa as the Gunners look to strengthen their attacking options in the winter window, reports Football Insider. The 28-year-old could be a cheaper option than Napoli’s Galatasaray loanee Victor Osimhen. This comes after The Athletic reported that Nottingham Forest made a £22m offer for Wissa.
