The summer transfer window won’t reopen in Europe for a while yet, but there are plenty of moves in the works and gossip swirling around. Transfer Talk brings you all the latest buzz on rumours, comings, goings and, of course, done deals!

Borussia Dortmund are among the clubs interested in Jadon Sancho, who will be leaving Manchester United this summer, as has been reported by Fabrizio Romano.

The journalist has insisted that the Red Devils remain completely certain that the winger will be leaving Old Trafford permanently regardless of who their manager is for the 2024-25 campaign. This comes with there also having been doubts over the future of manager Erik ten Hag despite the Dutchman winning the FA Cup, with Ten Hag’s public falling out with Sancho being a major factor in the 24-year-old being loaned out to Dortmund in January.

Sancho recorded three goals and three assists in 21 matches across the Bundesliga and Champions League during that spell.

Now, the Black and Yellow are hoping to bring Sancho back to Signal Iduna Park permanently just three years after the Englishman left them to join Man United. The Red Devils board wants to bring in £40m for Sancho and Dortmund will face competition from other unnamed clubs.

Any move will bring an end to a disappointing time in Manchester for Sancho, who offered signs of the promise that earned his big-money move as the winger notably helped the Dortmund reach the Champions League final.

– There is already a commitment that Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder Florian Wirtz will join Real Madrid in the summer of 2025, according to Marca, with the 21-year-old expected to demand €150m. Barcelona are also showing an interest in the Germany international but that hasn’t made a difference.

Bayern Munich and Fulham are holding concrete negotiations regarding João Palhinha and an agreement is expected soon, as reported by Sky Sports Deutschland. The deal for the 28-year-old midfielder will be worth around €40m-€45m and Bayern have already reached a verbal agreement with Palhinha on a contract that will last four or five years.

Napoli and Roma are among the clubs looking at Juventus winger Federico Chiesa with it seeming increasingly likely that he will leave the Allianz Stadium, reports Calciomercato. The 26-year-old wants to focus on the Euros for now, but there has been a stalemate regarding a contract renewal with his current deal ending next summer, and Juventus don’t want him to eventually leave for free so are now asking for €40m.

Giovanni Di Lorenzo insists that he wants to leave Napoli this summer and is aware of strong interest from Juventus and Internazionale, reports Tuttosport, who add that Gli Azzurri want €20m for the 30-year-old right-back. They are now looking at Torino‘s Raoul Bellanova and Monaco’s Vanderson as possible replacements.

Arsenal and Manchester United are both monitoring Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee despite strong interest from AC Milan, as reported by Sky Sports, who add that Juventus like the 23-year-old but are working on other options and would need to offload a striker to bring one in. This comes with Arsenal having turned their attention away from Newcastle United‘s Alexander Isak and Brentford‘s Ivan Toney.

– Al Nassr have started talks about signing Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny, according to Fabrizio Romano, who adds that the 34-year-old will have the final say on whether or not he makes the move. I Bianconeri are willing to let him leave as they will sign Michele Di Gregorio from Monza for €18m and talks will be held over a contract renewal for Mattia Perin.
