PRC: 7,749 examinees pass May 2024 Nurse Licensure Exam

MANILA, Philippines — A total of 7,749 out of 11,116 passed the May 2024 Philippine Nurse Licensure Exam, said the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday.

According to the PRC, the results were released four working days after the exams were conducted at testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Puerto Princesa, Palawan from May 6 to 7.

Abigail Escueta Cayanan from St. Jude College – Dasmariñas, Cavite led the list of topnotchers with the highest score of 92.60 percent, followed by Jim Jerico Cedric Garo Uy from St. Paul University – Tuguegarao with a score of 91.80 percent.

Meanwhile, Mary Vhinne Anne Verzo Colandog from Southern Luzon State University – Lucban and Zynarik Alzola Tabelisma from the Adventist University of the Philippines tied at the third spot with a score of 91.60 percent.

Three schools, on the other hand, led the list of top performing schools all with a passing rate of 100 percent — Cavite State University, Southern Luzon State University – Lucban and University of Mindanao – Davao City.
