The summer transfer window won’t reopen in Europe for a while yet, but there are plenty of moves in the works and gossip is swirling around. Transfer Talk brings you all the latest buzz on rumours, comings, goings and, of course, done deals!

Al Hilal will attempt to sign Tottenham Hotspur forward Richarlison during the summer, as has been reported by the Daily Mail.

The Saudi Arabian club had already made enquiries about the 27-year-old in January after an injury sustained by his compatriot Neymar.

Richarlison is currently suffering from an injury of his own and will subsequently miss Copa América in addition to Spurs’ final matches of the season.

This is another setback after knee issues had already kept the forward out for much of the second half of the season before his return against Chelsea before scoring a brace off the bench against Liverpool.

Al Hilal have wrapped up the Saudi Pro League title and are privately confident that they will be able to complete the move for Richarlison, according to the report..

A formal approach has not yet been made and Richarlison has three years remaining on his Spurs contract, but the north London club is expected to listen to offers with manager Ange Postecoglou planning a significant squad overhaul during the upcoming transfer window.

Richarlison has recorded a total of 12 goals and four assists across all competitions this season.

If he was to join Al Hilal, in addition to Neymar, the Brazilian would also be joining Kalidou Koulibaly, Rúben Neves, Aleksandar Mitrovic, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Yassine Bounou.

Eintracht Frankfurt are determined to sign versatile Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Pascal Groß, reports Florian Plettenberg. This comes with the Bundesliga club returning for the 32-year-old having already held concrete talks about him last year and around €3 million to €5 million are being required to complete the move, while Frankfurt are also looking at Mainz midfielder Nadiem Amiri.

AC Milan have been linked with RB Leipzig‘s Benjamin Sesko and Bologna‘s Joshua Zirkzee plenty of times as they look to sign a striker during the summer transfer window, with Calciomercato now reporting that I Rossoneri could sign both of them. Even so, it would require the exit of a big player such as Mike Maignan or Theo Hernández for there to be a chance of that happening.

Torino centre-back Alessandro Buongiorno is highly sought after among many of Italy’s biggest clubs, with Tuttosport reporting an insight into the battle to sign the 24-year-old. Internazionale are currently the favourites to bring him in with AC Milan and Napoli behind them, while Buongiorno has stated that he doesn’t want to join Juventus.

– Juventus could let Fabio Miretti join Bologna if Riccardo Calafiori goes the other way, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport. I Bianconeri could accept €10m-€15m for the 20-year-old with add-ons based on his performances, while Bologna are requesting approximately €25m for their 21-year-old defender.

Manchester City are looking at an alternative loan plan for Claudio Echeverri when the attacking midfielder eventually moves from River Plate in January 2025, reports The Mirror. The Citizens had previously looked to send the 18-year-old to Girona but wouldn’t be allowed to if the Spanish club are in the UEFA Champions League past the group stages, so talks have already been held with Real Sociedad, Real Betis and Las Palmas.
