Written By Amy R. Remo

It was an inspiring call to excel and surge boldly into a promising new year.

More than just a celebration of past successes and last year’s milestones, Ayala Land Estates’ sales kick off event for 2024 renewed passion and ignited anew the excitement, and commitment to excellence among hundreds of its partner brokers and in-house sellers—a distinguished team of sales ambassadors poised to go further and higher this year.

‘Leap to reap,  upward to success’

And it is indeed the right time for Ayala Land Estates and its sales ambassadors to “leap to reap, upward to success”—the theme of this year’s sales kick off, held earlier this month at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Makati City.

After all, Ayala Land Estates remains at the forefront, setting impressive records with its premium offerings of masterplanned mixed-use establishments as well as diverse lifestyle and business communities that continue to serve as catalysts for sustained growth and development.

Ayala Land Estates’ Broker Head, Mr. Deo Ignacio rallies 200-strong ALEI in-house sellers and broker partners to #LEAPTOREAP and set the stage for a year of unparalleled achievements.

As it continues to push the boundaries of innovation and excellence, its sales ambassadors will remain instrumental—playing a vital role in shaping the future success of Ayala Land Estates, while contributing to the realization of its vision for a more vibrant, sustainable Philippines.

“This kick-off is not merely a starting point; it is a declaration of our commitment to excellence, a testament to our collective dedication, and a proclamation that we are ready to #leaptoreap,” said Ayala Land Estates Broker head Deo Ignacio, as he welcomed their sales ambassadors.

“As we navigate this market landscape, let us not forget the essence of what propels us forward: the passion for exceeding expectations, the pursuit for excellence and the unwavering belief in our ability to build sustainable communities that will last generations,” Ignacio added.

Optimistic mindset

Optimism fueled the kick off, as Ayala Land executives rallied sales ambassadors to embrace fresh opportunities, remain resilient amid challenges, and carry the momentum forward to achieve even greater milestones this 2024.

“‘Leap to reap: Upward to success” as this year’s theme is something very action-oriented and results-driven. ‘Leap’ is also very timely with the leap year, and is symbolic of an optimistic mindset or going the extra mile. ‘Reap’ is a strong motivation which could mean earning big, gaining something, and getting rewarded for the hard work put into it,” explained Ayala Land Inc. president and CEO Meean B. Dy.

Ayala Land’s President and CEO, Ms. Meean Dy’s insights, leadership, and unwavering support serve as a beacon of inspiration as Ayala Land Estates’ Ambassadors embark on yet another exciting sales journey this 2024.

“With optimism in our hearts, determination in our actions, and a shared vision propelling us forward, let this sales kick off set the stage for a year of unparalleled achievements, and a platform for meaningful connections,” Dy added.

For his part, Ayala Land Estates group head Robert S. Lao congratulated sales ambassadors for their well-deserved success and contributions to the company’s growth.

“We extend our deepest appreciation to all for your steadfast commitment to meeting and exceeding targets, your resilience through challenges, and dedication to building lasting relationships which have not only elevated our organization but have (also) set a benchmark for excellence in the industry,” Lao said.

Honoring sales ambassadors

It was truly an inspiring evening that honored Ayala Land’s sales ambassadors with light cocktails, entertainment, a motivational talk from Filipino Olympian EJ Obiena, messages of gratitude from top sales ambassadors, and a valuable learning session about property trends from David Leechiu, CEO of Leechiu Property Consultants.

Leechiu Property Consultants CEO, Mr. David Leechiu, shares new market trends, shifting priorities, and technological advancements that shape the way we design, build, and experience real estate properties and communities.

Leechiu highlighted factors that fuel optimism in Philippine real estate—citing the growth of remittances from overseas Filipino workers and expansion of business process outsourcing (BPO) firms as among the reasons that will “keep us afloat, gracefully, as it has done in the last 25 years. And it will do so for quite a long time.”

Inspired and thankful

Michael Placencia, who ranked Top 1 Ayala Land Estates ambassador in terms of highest sales value sold in 2023, meanwhile thanked the company for its full support and assistance, while Maribeth Lao, who placed fifth, cited how the company’s continued efforts to make every estate a complete live-work-play community have allowed it to sustain investor confidence over the years.

Aldwin Garcia, who ranked third, said the “team’s professionalism, expertise and dedication to brokers had set them apart from other competitors. The team went above and beyond to understand my needs and provide tailored solutions that perfectly aligned in achieving my sales goals.”
Even event host Paolo Abrera was left inspired.

“Hosting the Ayala Land Estates sales kick off and awards night hit close to home. We invested early in a modest Nuvali property and we’re so pleased to see the estate grow into the community that it was envisioned to be… We had earmarked it as an investment, but we simply could not resist the call of the space, fresh air, the premium commercial areas. I was quite pleased to be a part of the Ayala Land celebrations in more ways than one,” he said.

With renewed vigor and sense of purpose, Ayala Land Estates’ sales ambassadors are no doubt poised to make significant strides towards realizing its vision of creating vibrant, sustainable communities.
