BTS’ Jungkook begs ‘obsessive fans’ to stop sending delivery food to his house

BTS’ Jungkook has spoken up against sasaengs, or obsessive fans notorious for invading a K-pop idol’s privacy, as he urged them to stop sending delivery food to his house.

Jungkook begged for obsessive fans to respect his privacy on fan community platform Weverse on Thursday, May 4, saying he received food deliveries from anonymous senders.

“Don’t send home delivery food. I won’t eat it even if you give it to me,” he began. “I’m thankful, but I eat well. You can buy it yourself, I beg you.”

The “Euphoria” singer added that he wouldn’t hesitate to take action against obsessive fans if he would continue receiving delivery food.

“If you send it one more time, I will check the receipt order number you sent and [will] take action. So, stop it,” he said.

Many fans also urged sasaengs to respect Jungkook’s privacy, as seen in a Facebook post by INQUIRER.net.

This is not the first time that Jungkook expressed his dismay against sasaeng fans on social media, as he previously called them out for showing up at his personal engagements in March 2023.

“I finished working out and I had to go home. I was going to go home, but there were people there,” he said, sharing that he had to deal with stalkers while he was working out at an unnamed gym in South Korea.

“I’m really thankful for all of your interest, but this was not an official schedule. Just so you know, I’m human too,” he pointed out.

Jungkook made his debut as the main vocalist, lead dancer, and center of BTS in June 2013.

While he has yet to debut as a soloist, he released many solo tracks throughout his career including “Euphoria,” “My Time,” and “Decalcomania,” among others. EDV
