Fair weather, hot, humid temperature expected throughout PH on Tuesday

MANILA, Philippines — The entire country is expected to experience hot and humid temperatures on Tuesday, with chances of rain due to isolated thunderstorms, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

“Sa Luzon, Magpapatuloy na mainit at maalinsangan ang panahon throughout the day, ngunit asahan ang mga tiyansa ng biglaang buhos ng ulan na dala ng localized thunderstorms pagsapit ng hapon at gabi,” said Pagasa weather specialist Daniel James Villamil.

(In Luzon, the weather will continue to be hot and humid throughout the day, but expect the chances of sudden downpours brought by localized thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.)

Generally fair weather will then likewise prevail over Visayas and Mindanao, along with chances of rain in the afternoon and evening.

No low pressure area or storms are currently being monitored within the Philippine area of responsibility.

In terms of sea conditions, no gale warning is also currently raised as only slight to moderate sea conditions are expected throughout the country’s in-land seas and surrounding seaboards.

Pagasa said the temperature range in key cities/areas across the country for Tuesday will be:

  • Metro Manila: 25 to 33 degrees Celsius
  • Baguio City: 17 to 24 degrees Celsius
  • Laoag City: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
  • Tuguegarao: 25 to 35 degrees Celsius
  • Legazpi City: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
  • Puerto Princesa City: 26 to 33 degrees Celsius
  • Tagaytay: 23 to 31 degrees Celsius
  • Kalayaan Islands: 26 to 34 degrees Celsius
  • Iloilo City: 26 to 33 degrees Celsius
  • Cebu: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius
  • Tacloban City: 26 to 33 degrees Celsius
  • Cagayan De Oro City: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
  • Zamboanga City: 25 to 33 degrees Celsius
  • Davao City: 25 to 33 degrees Celsius
