Blue Grouse Estate Winery and Vineyard has grown grapes in the Cowichan Valley for more than 25 years. Some varieties are lesser-known to mainstream wine drinkers, like Bacchus, Black Muscat, Ortega, Müller-Thurgau, Pearl of Csaba and Siegerrebe.
