Vancouver Cocktail Week presents a toast to the art of the cocktail and a lot more. By my count, there are 35 events across the city with stops at Notch8, Botanist, H2Rotisserie, CuChillo, Queens Cross Pub, The Chickadee Room in Juke, Published on Main, Whiskey Six BBQ, Gotham Steakhouse, Open Outcry, Clough Club, Hy’s Steakhouse, Straight & Marrow, Blue Water Café, Boulevard, Tableau, D/6, Arc, Brass Fish Tavern and Fairmont Hotel.
