Expect a rainy Friday in Bicol, Visayas, parts of Mindanao – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Cloudy skies bringing rain will continue in the Bicol Region, entire Visayas, and parts of Mindanao on Friday, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

“Patuloy pa rin ang makulimlim na panahon na may kalat kalat na pagulan at pagkulog diyan sa kaBikulan,” said Pagasa weather specialist Raymond Ordinario.

(Cloudy weather will continue bringing scattered rain and thunder in Bicol.)

“Patuloy pa rin naman ang makulimlim na panahon diyan sa Davao region, Caraga at buong Visayas kaya ito ay magkakaroon pa rin ng kalat kalat na pagulan at pagkulog,” he added.

The rest of Luzon, including Metro Manila, and the rest of Mindanao, on the other hand, will experience relatively fairer weather with chances of light rain and thunderstorms.

Temperature range in key cities/areas according to Pagasa for Friday:

  • Metro Manila: 23 to 30 degrees Celsius
  • Baguio City: 14 to 23 degrees Celsius
  • Laoag City:  21 to 30 degrees Celsius
  • Tuguegarao: 20 to 30 degrees Celsius
  • Legazpi City: 24 to 29 degrees Celsius
  • Puerto Princesa City: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius
  • Tagaytay: 21 to 28 degrees Celsius
  • Kalayaan Islands: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius
  • Iloilo City: 24 to 29 degrees Celsius
  • Cebu: 25 to 29 degrees Celsius
  • Tacloban City: 24 to 29 degrees Celsius
  • Cagayan De Oro City: 24 to 30 degrees Celsius
  • Zamboanga City: 24 to 32 degrees Celsius
  • Davao City: 24 to 30 degrees Celsius
