Vancouver weather: Soggy weekend with a chance of hail on Sunday

VANCOUVER, B.C.: Saturday, Feb. 15 — Prepare for the elements this holiday weekend because Environment Canada says Mother Nature is throwing a mix bag of weather possibilities at Metro Vancouver.
The weather agency says Saturday morning’s rain should taper off this afternoon and we can expect cloudy skies with a chance of showers later today.
More showers are in the forecast for Sunday with wet flurries predicted for higher elevations.
There is also a risk of a hail storm Sunday afternoon.
A mix of sun and cloud is expected Family Day Monday.
Today: Rain ending this afternoon then cloudy with 30 percent chance of showers. High 7.
Tonight: Cloudy with 30 percent chance of showers this evening then partly cloudy. Becoming windy late this evening. Low plus 2..
Tomorrow: Becoming cloudy in the morning. 60 percent chance of showers in the afternoon except wet flurries over higher terrain. Risk of hail in the afternoon. High plus 5.
