Joshua raps in front of hundreds of fans
Heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua swapped the boxing ring for a nightclub stage on Feb. 8 as he performed a rap in front of hundreds of fans in London.
Joshua, who won his rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr. in Saudi Arabia in December to reclaim the WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO titles, joined Lisa Maffia of British hip-hop group So Solid Crew to take part in a rendition of their song “21 Seconds” at an event hosted by Garage Nation.
The song went to No. 1 in the U.K. charts in 2001.
Joshua, 30, has previously been seen rapping on radio stations and at parties and other public events, and Garage Nation described the Brit’s appearance onstage as “one of the best moments in Garage Nation history”.

Following his win over Ruiz to avenge the sole loss of his professional career, Joshua is set to face IBF mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev next.
The fight is expected to take place at Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium in June, according to Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn.
“[Joshua] wants to fight in London in June,” Hearn said. “We’re on the verge of making that happen now.
“Spurs is the front-runner, and that’s what he’s asked me to do. We’ll be delivering that for him.”
