Calida files quo warranto case vs ABS-CBN

THE Office of the Solicitor General filed on Monday a quo warranto case against ABS-CBN Corp.

Solicitor General Jose Calida led the filing of the case before the Supreme Court.

He questioned the legality of the franchise of the broadcasting company, as well as the transfer of shares of ABS-CBN Corporation and ABS-CBN Convergence.JOMAR CANLAS
