P15-M exotic meat seized in Manila

Authorities seized Monday night about 6.1 tons of exotic meat and wildlife parts worth about P15 million from three suspects, including a Chinese national, in Binondo, Manila.

The Manila Public Information Office identified the suspects as Cai Chang Fen, Rogelio Endrinal, and Joshua Almario.

The two Filipino suspects said they only served as driver and helper for Fen, who is the owner of the contraband meat.
