Four hurt in Makati explosion

FOUR people were hurt in an explosion at a restaurant in Makati City on Thursday night.

A report from the Makati police station identified one of the victims as Ceo Yue Qing, a Chinese working as a cook.

Police have yet to identify the other victims but said in their report that one was an employee at the restaurant and the other two were passers-by.

The victims were immediately brought to the Makati Medical Center, police added.

The case is under investigation but an initial report disclosed that a leaking gas tank caused the explosion.
