Playoff picture: Bills get cushion in AFC wild-card race
While much of the AFC periphery is fighting over the No. 6 spot in the playoffs, the Bills have quietly established themselves in the pecking order. A 20-3 victory Sunday over the Broncos pushed their record to 8-3 and left them with a very good chance to make the playoffs for the second time in three years.
