President Duterte is a Quiboloy believer.
The President said he believes pastor Apollo Quiboloy stopped the earthquake in Mindanao, adding he wished he had the same “power” to stop corruption.
Duterte defended Quiboloy, a longtime friend, on his alleged miraculous deed, saying the quake indeed stopped when the pastor asked it to halt.
