A foreign human rights advocate runs the risk of getting slapped by President Duterte if he ever visits the country.

The President has denounced the foreign critic for allegedly being rude after calling for his arrest over alleged mass murder in relation to the war on drugs.

Duterte did not name the person but apparently alluded to Phelim Kline who recently offered to advise new anti-drug czar Vice President Leni Robredo on how to end the alleged “murderous drug war.”

“Nakita ko ‘yung tweet eh. “I am… I am packed and ready to go and arrest Duterte.” ‘Yan ang imbitahin mo? Ganun ang salita sa akin. P****** i**, Leni, sa harap mo sampalin ko ‘yan. Dalhin mo dito? He speaks that way about me. Son of a b*tch, Leni, I will slap him in front you. Bring him here,” Duterte said during a press conference in Malacañang Tuesday night.

Duterte said he has asked immigration authorities to allow the foreigner to enter the country.

“I dare you, invite him,” he told Robredo.

“I dare you. Kung talagang dedicated ka, papasukin mo dito ‘yang p***** i**** ‘yan. Puntahan kita sa opisina mo, sampalin ko ‘yan sa harap mo,” he said.

Kine, former director Human Rights Watch’s Asia division, earlier said he was prepared to visit the country and advise Robredo on “how to end this murderous ‘drug war.’” He currently serves as director of research and investigations at Physicians for Human Rights.
