REAL SCOOP: Seized cash should be forfeited, suit says

An alleged drug trafficker who’s not facing any charges has had a civil forfeiture lawsuit filed against him to seize more than $209,000 found in his Coal Harbour apartment more than two years ago.
Prosecutors haven’t yet decided on charged in the massive E-Nationalize investigation, despite police having finished most of their work on the case back in 2017.
