VANCOUVER, B.C.: Wednesday, Oct. 30. Today’s weather is going to be mainly sunny with a few clouds rolling in later, and cold, with a high of 10 C and near freezing temperatures in the evening, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada. Overnight, expect the mercury to drop down to 2 C with patchy frost. For Halloween on Thursday it looks like cloudy weather with no rain and a high of 10 C. Then it’s going to be a cold night for trick or treaters and party-goers. The agency is forecasting clear skies and a low of just 1 C on Thursday night. Friday looks sunny and 10 C, and then the weekend is likely going to be a mix of weather. It looks like a mix of sun and cloud, with a high of 11 C on Saturday, and then there’s a slight chance of showers on Sunday, with a high of 12 C.
