VANCOUVER, B.C.: Friday, Oct. 11. It looks like it’s going to be a sunny and pleasant fall day, which is good news for anyone planning an early start to the Thanksgiving long weekend. Environment and Climate Change Canada says Friday will be mainly sunny, with a high of 15 C. Overnight, the clouds are expected to roll in with a low of 7 C, and then there is a slight chance of showers and 13 C for both Saturday and Sunday. Thanksgiving Monday looks a little sunnier, with the forecast calling for a mix of sun and cloud, and a high of 13 C. Then it looks like some wet weather for the start of the work week. Tuesday is expected to be rainy and 11 C, periods of rain are expected Wednesday, with a high of 14 C, and more rain Thursday and 13 C.
Today: Mainly sunny. Fog patches dissipating this morning. High 15 C. UV index 4 or moderate.
Tonight: Increasing cloudiness this evening. Low plus 5 C.
Tomorrow: Cloudy, with a 30 per cent chance of showers. High 13 C. UV index 2 or low.
