P170-M shabu seized in QC stings

Police and anti-narcotics agents seized Tuesday some P170 million worth of shabu from two Chinese men and two Filipinos in separate anti-illegal drugs operations in Quezon City.
Police identified the suspects as Liu Fu Gui, his cohorts Keith Romo, a call center programmer; Nonito Garlindo, a gasoline boy; and 45-year-old Hongbo He of Mariveles, Bataan.
Joint operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-National Capital Region (PDEA-NCR) and Quezon City Police District’s Masambong Police Station nabbed Liu and Filipinos Romo and Garlindo in a drug sting on Sta. Catalina Street in Barangay Sienna.
An undercover PDEA agent transacted with the group around 4:30 p.m. and seized from them 10 kilograms of shabu with an estimated street value of P68,000.
