Rollover collision in downtown Vancouver closes Hornby Street

Drivers are being warned to avoid Hornby near Davie Street in downtown Vancouver due to a vehicle rollover.

Vancouver Fire Rescue is at the scene of a single-vehicle rollover crash on Hornby Street, between Davie and Helmcken streets, where a vehicle has flipped onto its roof and is resting on the sidewalk on Tuesday morning.

Traffic will likely be affected for some time and drivers should find alternate routes.

No injuries have been reported at this time and it remains unclear how many people were involved in the crash.

Vancouver Police have closed all lanes on Hornby between Davie and Helmcken, including the bike lane, as investigators probe the crash scene.
