PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte’s political party has endorsed the candidacy for speakership of Marinduque Rep. Lord Allan Velasco although the Chief Executive himself has stayed away from making any personal choice.
Sen. Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao, designated spokesman of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Laban ng Bayan (PDP-Laban), made the announcement on Wednesday from the United States where he is preparing for his upcoming fight with Welterweight World Champion Keith Thurman on July 20.
