A magnitude 4.0 earthquake shook Occidental Mindoro on Sunday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The epicenter of the quake that struck at 3:56 p.m. was in Rizal, said Karen Garcia.
