BREAK: Abby Binay leading in Makati mayoral race

MANILA, Philippines – Incumbent Mayor Abby Binay is leading the initial results of the mayoral race in Makati City.
According to the results shown by the Makati City Board of Canvassers on Monday evening, Binay received 160,122 votes.
She was followed by her brother Junjun who received 87,077 votes.
The Board of Canvassers said the results comprised 88.47 percent of the total votes cast. (Editor: Abe Cerojano)
