Suspect in Subic murder of businessman Sytin arrested

MANILA, Philippines — Police have arrested the alleged gunman in the murder of businessman Dominic Sytin inside the Subic Bay Freeport on Nov. 28, 2018.
Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Oscar Albayalde on Monday identified the suspect as Edgardo Luib, who was arrested in Batangas on March 5.

Albayalde said Luib was arrested after a walk-in witness gave probers a lead on his identity. /cbb
