ZAMBOANGA CITY – President Duterte’s marching orders to the troops in Sulu: an all-out war against the terror groups and give justice to the victims, a military official said.

“Basically, ang marching order nya, all-out war versus the terrorist groups, run after those mass murderer and to give justice to their victims,” Besana told the Inquirer.
Jolo town mayor Kherkar Tan said police were on a manhunt operation against the four young men spotted on CCTV minutes before the blasts.
“There are four young men in their early 20s in civilian clothes who entered the church and left when people started getting inside the church. [A] few minutes later, the church exploded,” Tan said. “These four young men were seen clearly on two CCTVs near the church,” the mayor said.
Tan, however, declined to divulge the locations of the CCTVs, where they got the images of the four suspected bombers, because of security reasons.
