The same weather system would cause overcast skies with scattered to widespread rains and thunderstorms in the Bicol Region, the southern portion of Quezon, Batangas, and the rest of Visayas.
Meanwhile, cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms could be anticipated in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon due to the trough or extension of Bebinca, which was still outside of the Philippine area of responsibility as of 3 a.m. on September 13.
Bebinca was last spotted 1,605 kilometers east of Batanes, packing maximum sustained winds of 95 km per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 115 kph.
“Base po sa latest track ng Pagasa, posibleng pumasok ng ating area of responsibility mamayang hapon o gabi itong si Bebinca,” Pagasa weather specialist Benison Estareja said.
(Based on the latest track from Pagasa, Bebinca might enter our area of responsibility this afternoon or evening.)
