According to the SWS, Net Gainers increased in Metro Manila, Visayas, and Luzon outside Metro Manila, or Balance Luzon, but decreased in Mindanao, compared to September 2023.

Net Gainers also increased across people of varying levels of education, such as non-elementary graduates, elementary graduates, junior high school graduates, and college graduates.

The SWS surveyed 1,200 adults, 300 each from Metro Manila, Balance Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

“The sampling error margins are ±2.8% for national percentages, and ±5.7% each for Metro Manila, Balance Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao,” it added.
