Cop linked to Teveses denies participation in family’s allegedly illegal operations

CEBU CITY — A policeman who reportedly worked part-time for the Teveses in Negros Oriental denied any participation in the allegedly illegal activities of the family.

Tabuelan Municipal Police Station officer-in-charge Capt. Allen Germodo said Tuesday that it’d been a while since he was assigned to Negros Oriental.

“I will go to the Senate to clarify the matter,” he told reporters.

In a Senate hearing on Tuesday, one of the witnesses alleged that Germodo was responsible for collecting income from e-sabong and small town lottery (STL) allegedly owned by the Teveses.
