Multiple murder complaint filed vs Teves Jr., 5 others for 2019 killings in Negros Oriental
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) on Tuesday filed a criminal complaint against Negros Oriental Rep. Arnolfo Teves Jr. and five others before the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The multiple murder complaint was in relation to killings that took place in 2019 in various parts of Negros Oriental.
Specifically named in the complaint sheet were Teves, a certain Richard Cuadra, Jasper Tanasan, Alex Mayagma, Rolando Pinili, and a certain Hannah Mae.

Based on the complaint, Teves and the others were being tagged for the killings committed on March 25, 2019, near Siliman Medical Center, Dumaguete City; May 26, 2019, at Sitio Labugon, Barangay, Nago-alao, Basay, Negros Oriental; and June 23, 2019, at Barangay Malabugas, also in Negros Oriental.
